An approach to tasting.

GDO/Terred’Olio 2016 olive oils tasting.

Wednesday, April 20 An analysis of the cultivars from Northern and Central Italy.

Tasting of 12 GDO/Terred’Olio 2016 olive oils.

Wednesday, April 27 An analysis of the cultivars from Southern Italy and the Italian Islands.

Tasting of 12 GDO/Terred’Olio 2016 olive oils.

Wednesday, May 4 The marketing of olive oils of excellence.

The Olive Oil trolley in restaurants.

Tasting of 6 olive oils.

Wednesday, May 11 Edu-dinner with food and olive oil pairing sessions.

Final test.

Wednesday, May 14 Edu-trip around Fèlsina with agronomy and pruning classes.

Lunch in reserved guest quarters (Foresteria).
