•Over 10,000 meals were served within the Queen Elizabeth Conference Centre in Westminster, 4,500 bottles of wine were uncorked and who knows how many hams, salami and cheeses were cut, smelled and tasted with great pleasure by the thousands of guests and visitors who were able to visit the Italian Corner in London during the Olympics, in August 2012. Maestrodivino was there with a show of 38 tastings presented in English by Fausto Borella, during those sports days. The key players on the tables of athletes, journalists and sponsors, were 3 local Tuscan products from Garfagnana: the IGP emmer, the famous raw ham Bazzone and the Mondiola sausage (presidio Slow Food).
