Maestrod’olio Academy is back in Rome with a course on extra-virgin olive oil tasting, cookery and health.

Students will learn how to identify the good qualities of an excellent extra-virgin olive oil and how to pair EVO oils to food and dishes prepared in class.

Monday, May 22 Olive growing and Italian cultivars.

Tuesday, May 30 Educational party with food and olive oil pairing session.
